COPS CATCH FOOL TRYING TO THROW WEED OUTTA “CLOSED” CAR WINDOW
(BlackMediaScoop) Ya dummy! A man was arrested after trying to throw marijuana from his closed car window – scattering the drug over himself and his car seats instead.
As Marquese Anglin, 30, attempted to hide the weed from a trailing police officer in Fairview, Tennessee, the hilarious incident was caught on the patrol car’s dashboard camera. Officer Shane Dunning tried to make Anglin pull over for a license plate violation on Interstate 40 on the evening of January 8, but initially the man refused.
He followed his car at 60 mph for miles, and saw the man ‘fidgeting with something in his lap’, which the officer feared might be a weapon.
During the chase, Anglin was seen turning towards the passenger window of his car and allegedly repeatedly trying to throw something from the window as he veered off the road.
But he had a problem. ‘He was throwing the marijuana out what he thought was the open window but the window was actually closed,’ Dunning said.
When Anglin eventually stopped, Dunning approached his vehicle and ordered the driver out. As he looked inside the car, he saw the man had allegedly scattered marijuana over the passenger seat. Photographs also show the substance on Anglin’s jeans.
Another image shown to WKRN allegedly reveals a much larger stash of the drug inside the car. ‘I actually told him that next time he might want to roll the window down because it was all over the car,’ Dunning said. ‘It was almost comical to actually see this.’
Authorities allegedly found an ounce of marijuana inside Anglin’s vehicle. He was charged with drug possession, driving on a revoked license and failure to yield to blue lights.
