“MY FIRST LOVE WAS A MAN” FRANK OCEAN’S NEW LETTER THAT’S BURNING UP THE INTERNET!

(BlackMediaScoop) Sorry ladies but singer Frank Ocean revealed a lot more than fresh tracks on his new album Channel Orange. Frank also opened up about his sexuality in a new letter written to fans.

On the songs ‘Bad Religion’ ‘Pink Matter and ‘Forrest Gump’ you can hear him sing about being in love and there are quite obvious words used like ‘him’ and not ‘her’.

Apparently, the letter Frank penned was written in December 2011, as he prepared his forthcoming album Channel Orange. Preempting the homosexual speculation, Frank Ocean decided to pen an open letter discussing his first love with a man. At the tender age of 19, Frank reminisces about the first time he’d ever fallen in love and how his first love was with a person of the same sex.

The letter was initially supposed to be in the credits section of his official debut album, but after a UK blogger outed him, he decided to release the letter on his tumblr page, explaining his sexuality.

Read it below…

Meanwhile music industry peeps say Channel Orange, which drops July 17th, is a beautiful album and worthy of sitting next to classics by Prince, Michael Jackson, George Benson and Sade.

This news comes soon after CNN Anchor and talk show host Anderson Cooper revealed he’s gay!

What do you think…are you surprised…does it matter?
