The 24-year-old cutie tweeted this pic of her right hand rocking diamond rings with the caption: “Kind of speechless right now..”

We’re sure any girl would be speechless after getting bling like that! Karrueche then tweeted this: “You’ve made me the happiest birthday girl EVER” Awww! So now fans are wondering when Breezy will really put a ring on it…like engagement ring?

It seems the two are very much in love, they tweeted this pic showing Karreuche giving her boo a lil birthday “cake”….guess this quiets the rumors about Breezy hooking up with ex Rihanna! Especially since the two had that crazy Twitter beef not too long ago lol!
