TEACHER CAUGHT ON TAPE GOING “OFF” ON SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENT
(blackmediaSCOOP) 15 year old Julio Artuz told his parents, friend and others he was being bullied by his special needs teacher but no one believed him. That’s when he took matters into his own hands.
Artuz shot a secret cellphone video of his orange-shirted teacher harassing him in class. Artuz, who attends Bankbridge Regional School in New Jersey, told NBC that his enraged teacher’s comments made him “feel like I’m trash.”

So he used the technology that God gave him and collected himself some damning evidence. The teacher has since been placed on administrative leave pending action by the local education board.
